Pay My Bill

We’ve made it easy for you to securely pay your invoice online through our CUSTOMER PORTAL via credit card, debit card, or ACH.  Please note that we have a $1500 max for credit/debit card transactions.  There is no limit on ACH transactions.  Through this portal, you can pay your bill, view payment history, and verify your scheduled appointments.  

You just need 2 pieces of information to register and both can be found on your latest invoice:
1) Account # (Can be found in the upper right-hand side of your invoice – if you have an older invoice, feel free to call the office to retrieve this number)
2) Billing Zip Code (Can be found in the upper left-hand side of your invoice)
